MMS-V series of volumetric dosing unit has been designed for the automatic precise dosing of master batches, additives or plastic granules rang of productions. 

1.External signals can be directly interfaced with control box; 

2.Forced material cleaning function convenient to replace masterbatch; 

3.Rotating speed can be automatically adjusted according to extruders' processing speed which maintains the fixed proportion of masterbatch; 

4.50 units of parameters are available for permanently recording the period of material discharging and finished products weight( for extruder, it is max. throughput per minutes); 

5.Use brushless DC motor and free from maintenance; 

6.Both masterbatch blockage and overload can be detected, then machine will halt and sound alarm;
